Preventative Maintenance Service Plan

First machine (includes equipment and accessories) is $200 and $100 to add another machine. 

We will go through pressures, check capacitors, check amp draw and rinse condenser coil, and heating for Heat Pumps

We will go through filter check, blower amp draw, coil condition, heater amp draw and condition 

We will blow condensate lines, snake ac trap, check pan conditions, and include AC drain tablets 

Have UV lights, air purification system, or dehumidifiers we will go through them all.

Have a room or rooms that aren’t cooling or feel humid? We will go through the duct work and make recommendations to fix the issue 

Get priority over non members.  Price is locked in as long as you renew service membership yearly, hourly labor and parts are 10% off
